Exchanges and Returns Policy


We do not accept any refunds at this moment.


If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us (click here for our contact info)  in order to authorize your exchange. You need to indicate the items you wish to return for exchange stating the order no.sizecolour, and quantity, and the product code you wish to be sent so we could check if the exchange items are in stock or not.

If you are qualified for an exchange, we will then email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and an Exchange Form with the address to send the items to. Please remember to include the Exchange Form, indicating the RMA number, your full name, address, and order ID with your items. As soon as we received the items back, we will organize the exchange and send out to you at once.

We only accept exchange of the same item you purchased within seven (7) days of purchase. That is, exchange only for a different size and/or colour. If that item is out of stock, we regret that we could not process the exchange for you.

We will exchange your items only if they are in unworn, unwashed condition and in original packaging with tags and labels attached. For reasons of hygiene, please try on underwear/swimwear over clean underwear if there is a chance you may want to return it. All goods will be inspected on return. We reserve the right to reject an exchange request if the items are not in the original condition received (worn, washed, no tags and labels) under our judgment, or if the exchanges and returns policy is abused. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

You will need to pay the return postage. And for your first exchange of item, we will ship your replacement free of charge. If a further exchange on the same order is requested, we reserve the right to charge an additional postage for the shipment back to you. This postage charge depends on the destination country and number of items being sent.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they are packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way. We recommend you to obtain proof of postage until we received the goods. If sending a large value package, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing a shipping insurance, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please also be sure to write “returned clothing” on any customs forms.
